On 31 July 2015, the Trust became an incorporated charity, hence the 2014 – 15 accounts cover a 15 month period rather than the usual 12 months. All the funds of the old Trust were transferred to the new incorporated Charity on 31 July, hence the Balance Sheet shows a ‘Nil’ position for 2015.
