Revising Brian Waters' definitive work about working traditions in the villages of the Severn Estuary
Posted on June 23, 2014
Brian Waters’ definitive work about fishing and working along the Severn Estuary has been identified as a significant opportunity for updating and revising as a valuable description of life along the river.
English House is a non-profit collective of retired publishing executives which seeks to revise important records of rural traditions and crafts among other educational projects.
English House has decided to offer concessions to buy the finished revision as part of a crowdfunding project which will become active if it raises £2500 for the necessary field research and new illustrations — please visit: https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/879223993/severn-tide-the-working-communities-of-the-severn
A concession of £4.95 discount per title is available. The offer closes on 31 July.
