From 22 – 29 April, every pound goes further for wild trout and the rivers they call home. For one week only, all donations up to our target will be doubled by the Big Give Earth Raise campaign!
Rivers are under pressure across the UK and Ireland. Our Conservation Officers spend hundreds of days on the riverbank each year, working hard to return these ecosystems to good health.
With specialist equipment and training, this crucial work could be even more effective and ambitious. We’re raising funds to secure:
- Laser levels for designing river restoration projects
- Electric chainsaws for creating wildlife habitat
- Drones for aerial river surveys and monitoring
- Tablets and software for recording data to inform our projects
If we can raise £5,000, we’ll unlock another £5,000 in match funding from our champion PlanAid. That means that we could take home a whopping £10,000, giving more rivers a fighting chance at a better future.
